Company vision
Noorseen Alsharq is a leading fit-out contractor, founded in 2016 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Over the years since, we have delivered fit-out projects across Riyadh and the Central, Eastern, Western and Northern regions of the Kingdom for many well-known brands.
Our mission is work of a high standard, within budget and on time. Our principles are creativity and the right interior approach, to maximise client satisfaction.
The team brings together specialists with high competence in the disciplines the work demands: engineering follow-up, site supervision, and a workforce of technicians, assistants and labourers using the latest methods and equipment needed to finish the work to the standard required.

How a project runs

Survey and take-off
The unit is measured as built, and the design is checked against what is actually there.

Shop drawings and MEP set
Joinery and services are drawn, coordinated against the ceiling, and submitted for approval.
- 03
Civil and architectural works
Setting out, partitions, ceilings and floors — the shell becomes rooms.
- 04
Joinery and fixtures
Shopfitting arrives from the workshop and is installed against the setting-out lines.
- 05
MEP install and commissioning
Services are installed, energised, balanced and tested with the landlord.
- 06
Finishes, snagging and handover
Final finishes, the snag list closed out, and the keys handed back ready to trade.
