We take a bare retail shell and hand back a finished store — civil, joinery, mechanical and electrical, delivered on budget and on the date we promised.
The core of what we do. We take the unit as handed over by the landlord and build the brand’s interior inside it: setting out, blockwork and partitions, suspended and feature ceilings, screeds and floor finishes, wall claddings and paint, and every trade in between until the space matches the design intent.
Fixed and loose joinery: cash desks, gondolas, wall bays, fitting rooms, back-of-house storage and the feature panelling that carries a brand’s identity. Produced to approved shop drawings and installed on site by our own carpenters.
Before pricing or procurement, we measure the unit as built — levels, structural grid, service entry points, deviations from the landlord’s drawings — so the design is adjusted on paper rather than on site.
Fit-out inside a trading mall is a logistics problem as much as a construction one. We handle mall permits and inductions, hoarding and protection, night deliveries, lifts and access routes, and daily waste removal so the centre keeps trading around us.
A complete, coordinated MEP set: HVAC layouts and duct routing, power and lighting, fire and life safety, data and drainage — resolved against the ceiling design and issued for landlord and authority approval.
Supply and installation of air conditioning and ventilation, ductwork and diffusers, extract systems for kitchens and back-of-house, plumbing and drainage — balanced, tested and commissioned before handover.
From the landlord’s incoming supply onward: distribution boards, containment and cabling, lighting installation and focusing, small power, and low-current systems including data, CCTV and sound.
